The Boudin Barndance - 01/08/2004

A song in honor of the late Dave Dudley followed by a birthday salute to Elvis kicked off the Boudin Barndance this evening. Also on the menu tonight was a look back at some favorite reissues from 2003 led by the reissue of the expanded edition of Waylon Live. Also previewed music from the Mercy Brothers, that being Barrence Whitfield and Mike Dinallo, who play a house concert hosted by yours truly on Saturday night here in South Kingstown. Releases making their Barndance debuts tonight included new ones from Ryan Adams (all three of 'em) and one from Jolie Holland.
