The Boudin Barndance - 02/12/2004

Kicked the evening off with some selections from Bear Family' Records' massive Tennessee Jive box set which focuses on early, independent label country & western music from Nashville. It's a beautiful, albeit pricey, collection. Also remembered the great Waylon Jennings what with the 13th being the 2nd anniversary of his passing. Lots of first timers tonight as well from the spins perspective including new releases from Randall Bramblett, Grant-Lee Phillips, The Frames, Tarbox Ramblers, & the reissue of Terry Allen's mid-'70s Juarez.

Buttshaker of the night????? In honor of the upcoming Valentine's Day festivities, we turned to T. Valentine with "Teen-Age Jump".
