The Boudin Barndance - 10/24/2002

Tonight's program was an evening dominated by new releases making their Boudin
Barndance debuts. They included first time spins for releases from the Waco
Brothers, Rhett Miller, Mike Stinson, Mark LeGrand, Mingo Saldivar, Hot Club of
Cowtown, Richard Buckner, Kim Richey, and a Flamin' Groovies collection from the
Norton Records folks. Previewed Peter Case's appearance at the Narrows Center
for the Arts in Fall River, MA on Friday evening as well as the opening act for
our second house concert season for Roots Hoots House Concerts which kicks off
on Saturday evening, October 26, with Neil Cleary doing the honors. As for the
buttshaker of the night????? How can we not give it to the Tornados with
"Tornado Express"? Now onto the goods.....
