"Dance music," "techno," "machine soul music," "that loud repetetive noise".... Electronic music has been put into many categories throughout its existence, but here at WRIU we vow to say NO to the cruel typecasting and pigeonholing that has plagued this diverse web of subgenres for years.

Some of what we play will make you want to dance. Some of it will make you want to weep, to feel love, to throw up, or to do your homework. We play beats. We play un-beats. WE DO NOT DISCRIMINATE.

If you produce music, we want it. If you're a DJ, throw a mix our way and maybe we'll ask you to come in and do a live set on the air.
