07/18/24 – Alt Country A to Z: “M”, Part 1
What with our stream being down this evening and our tower non-existent therefore impacting our over-air FM signal, The Boudin Barndamce was abbreviated tonight. We aborted the mission just after the mid-point of the show. We had planned to offer up the next installment of our Alt Country A to Z feature, but that has been postponed to July 18. Nonetheless, we did offer a first hour tonight mixing new releases with music from a few of the performers playing our sold-out Swamp Stomp fest happening on Saturday. We also offered up a slightly extended version of our weekly C&W set and that was all she wrote. New albums and singles making their Barndance debut this evening came from Richard Thompson, Amy Rigby, Good Looks, Tony Trischka, and Sarah Gayle Meech. Buttshaker of the week???? Huelyn Duval with “You Know Me Out.” Now let’s all grab a cold one or three, and get to the goods….
