The last Boudin Barndance before Thanksgiving was a fun one. We welcomed local singer/songwriter/musician Chris Monti onto the show to play some live things and talk about his upcoming gigs. Other than that, we mixed it up pretty good running the gamut of what some call “roots” music. Albums making their Barndance debut tonight was basically one record, that being the new one from The Reverend Shawn Amos. Buttshaker of the week???? Billy Jack Wills and his Western Swing Band take the cake with “Teardrops in My Eyes”. Now let’s all grab a cold one, or two, and get to the goods….
