Another busy one on The Boudin Barndance tonight with ticket and CD giveaways, not to mention show previews. On the ticket front, there was the Dave Rawlings Machine at Lupo’s on Nov 14 and Robert Earl Keen at The Met on Nov 17. The CD giveaway was a REK promo pack. Previewed Lee Ann Womack, Iris DeMent, Big Sandy & His Fly-Rite Boys, Patrick Sweany, The Silks, etc, etc. We remembered Allen Toussaint to close out the show. New releases making their Barndance debut tonight included albums from Drive-By Truckers, The Lustre Kings, Shiny Ribs, Cody Jinks, Chris Isaak, and Ironing Board Sam. Buttshaker of the week????
