It was anything but a smooth operation on this evening’s Boudin Barndance. Veteran savvy was the order of the day and kept the ship running as smoothly as possible given the circumstances. Pretty much played the field, but we did feature a few from Bill Callahan of Smog fame who comes to the Columbus Theater in Providence tomorrow evening. Also featured Mary Gauthier who plays a house concert hosted by yours truly on Sunday afternoon (https://www.facebook.com/events/191096374396204/). New releases making their Barndance debut included albums from the Blind Boys of Alabama, Futurebirds, Will Hoge, and Wild Ponies. Buttshaker of the week????
