Rain coming down in buckets, what better way to spend a Thursday evening
than tuning into The Boudin Barndance. Judging by the amount of calls,
Mother Nature had folks homebound. On the Barndance side, we entertained
with lots of vittles, both old and new. First time spins were minimal, but
what we did air out was all killer, no filler. They included new stuff from
Hacienda, The Nerves (great retrospective!), and some early and raw blues
from the Mississippi Records folks & the compilation “Fight On, Your Time
Ain’t Long”. Buttshaker of the week???? How can you not give it to Chuck
Berry with “Nadine”? Now let’s all grab a cold one and get to the
goods……
