The last Boudin Barndance of March was a more raucous evening than usual and for no really good reason other than we play what we dig. We previewed the Marshall Crenshaw/Bottle Rockets show at The Met Café on Sunday night. We saluted honky tonk birthdays, as usual, and finished with some blasts from the alt past. New and upcoming releases making their Barndance debut tonight included albums from Sarah Shook & The Disarmers, Red Shahan, Sam Morrow, Western Centuries, Peter Rowan, Birds of Chicago, Nap Eyes, The Claudettes, and Arthur Yoria.
