Yet another Boudin Barndance radio show. We played it straight, a little of this and a little of that and almost no overlap from last week to this which is a little unusual. Such is the case when you just wing it every week. We did do another ticket giveaway for the Green River Festival (www.greenriverfestival.com). Also have to say that I’ve never gotten as many calls asking about a song as I did tonight after playing Chris Smither’s “Nobody Home.” A bunch of new releases making their Barndance debut tonight including albums from Rhyan Sinclair, Jeffrey Foucault, Neko Case, Mother Hips, Paul Cauthen, Del McCoury Band, Eric Hisaw, Ruen Brothers, Davis Kathriner, and Dave Alvin & Jimmie Dale Gilmore.
