It’s amazing what a week off will do to refresh the brain Tonight’s Boudin Barndance was the beneficiary of that rest as we came back all recharged and ready to deliver three hours of odds and ends. Judging from listener feedback, we may have done okay. New releases are getting sparse this late in the year, but we did work in a few first-timers including new ones from Doug Paisley, Buck Owens, Sean Mencher, and Sarah Shook & the Disarmers (single). Buttshaker of the week???? Floyd Smith with a blast of “Soul Strut” to close out the show on a soul set note.. Now let’s all grab a cold one, or two, and get to the goods….
