No special news except tonight’s show was pre-recorded due to wife’s surgery.
The first Boudin Barndance of March! It better be a better month than February. So, we do a C&W segment on the show each week and usually salute birthdays from the ranks, but this evening we took a different tack as suds, as is in beer, is the central theme for tonight’s segment. That was in addition to loads of both new releases and old and the usual surprise or three. New albums making their Barndance debut tonight came from Carson McHone, Superchunk, and The Wooks. New singles making the hit parade for the first time were from Good Looks (love these guys!), Freakons, Twain, Po’ Ramblin’ Boys, and Thee Sacred Souls. Buttshaker of the week???? Hardrock Gunter & The Popcorn Poppers with “Jukebox Shuffle.” Now let’s all grab a cold one or three, and get to the goods….
