This evening The Boudin Barndance presented our somewhat annual mid-winter rock & roll party. It happened the last hour playing rockers, surf, etc, etc. Not that anyone needs any warming up with it being in the 40s. Prior to that, it was the usual Barndance blend with new releases, C&W set, and a few surprises. New releases making their Barndance debut tonight included music from Jason Ringenberg, Matt Ellis, Kim Lenz, William Tyler, Robert Ellis, The Way Down Wanderers, and the new single from Amy Rigby. Buttshaker of the week???? “Bird Dance Beat” from The Trashmen, of course. Now let’s all grab a cold one, or two, and get to the goods….
