The big news is the WRIU stream is back and we are once again broadcasting worldwide from the platform of your choice. Unfortunately, our archives are still down so if you missed tonight’s program it will be available once the archive issue is repaired. We repeated our Alt Country A to Z feature tonight focusing on “R” artists. I had originally done it a few weeks ago, but seeing the audience was so l limited due to the stream being down, we did it again tonight for those who missed out. That occupied the entire 2nd half of the program. We began with mostly new releases the first hour followed by our weekly C&W segment. New 2025 albums and singles making the Barndance hit parade for the first time tonight came from Bonnie “Prince” Billy, George Jones, Kinky Friedman, Sarah Borges, and local hero Mark Cutler. Buttshaker of the week???? Warren Smith with the explosive “Uranium Rock.” Now let’s all grab a cold one or three, and get to the goods….
