Another fun night on the Boudin Barndance, at least it felt that where from where I was sitting. First and foremost we remembered the birthday of Johnny Cash which occurs tomorrow. One of many birthday salutes on this evening’s show which crossed into many genres. New music making the Barndance hit parade for the first time included releases from John Paul Keith, Nuevo, Phillip B. Price, The Mountain Goats (belated), Loretta Lynn, Vivian Leva & Riley Calcagno, Jim Keller, Southern Culture on the Skids, Tony Joe White, and Veronica Lewis. Buttshaker of the week???? Steve Jordan with “Johnny Charrasquis.” Now let’s all grab a cold one, or three, and get to the goods….
