Thursday evenings were made for the Boudin Barndance radio show. We hopefully delivered the goods to satisfaction again this evening. No agenda whatsoever, just bouncing around. Previewed Jesse Dayton’s show at Askew in Providence on Sunday evening. Also did a little blast-from-the-past Diesel Only Records thingee. We also remembered Anthony Bourdain with one from Marah. New releases making the Barndance hit parade for the first time included albums from Liz Frame & The Kickers, Jenny Van West, Carolina Story, Coco O’Connor, The Mulligan Bros, Yard Sale, Slocan Ramblers, Courtney Barnett, Cut Worms, and Rhyley Walker. Buttshaker of the week???? Charlie Feathers grabs the gold trophy with “Bottle to the Baby.” Now let’s all grab a cold one, or two, and get to the goods….
