A special evening on The Boudin Barndance as we celebrated two musical heroes each with a birthday this week, Gram Parsons and Doug Sahm. We also saluted Arhoolie Records on the 60th anniversary of their first album release by Texas songster Mance Lipscomb. Mostly new releases during the first hour of the show followed by our weekly C&W segment. New releases making their Barndance debut tonight included albums from Sturgill Simpson, Tammi Savoy & Chris Casello Combo, and Rick Shea. Buttshaker of the week????
