A steamer of a day in these parts today which puts a lot of pressure on The Boudin Barndance to keep up with that steaminess, though, Andre Williams on the playlist always steams things up. We kicked off the show with a Dylan birthday set. There were ticket giveaways for The Felice Brothers at The Met Café on June 3 and the Green River Festival (www.greenriverfestival.com). New releases making it into the Barndance mix for the first time included albums from William Tyler, Steve Gunn, The Felice Brothers, Andre Williams, White Horse, The Bo-Keys, and Derek Hoke. Buttshaker of the week???? Let’s label it a slow bump and give the trophy to Andre Williams with the classic “Bacon Fat.”. Now let’s all grab a cold one, or two, and get to the goods….
