Summer mugginess in the air this evening, so leave it to The Boudin Barndance to attempt to quell things some. We did our final small preview and ticket giveaway for the Green River Festival happening July 10-12 in Greenfield, MA (www.greeriverfestival.com). Other than that we pretty much played the field with a mix of new stuff and breaking out some straight-from-the-heart oldies (mid-90s = oldie). New releases receiving their inaugural Barndance spin tonight included albums from The Schemers, Honey Honey, Brothers Born, Mountain Goats, Uncle Lucius, Yonder Mountain String Band, and the Saved & Sanctified compilation from Numero Group Records.
