New releases dominated things on the Boudin Barndance tonight. Among the albums receiving first time spins included new ones from The Morells, The Bel Airs, Pete Pike, Nic Armstrong & the Thieves, Frank Black, Spoon, Tracy Grammer, David Olney, Kathy McCarty, Slow Dazzle, Grey DeLisle, and Patricia Vonne. Also broke out a new single from Cindy Bullens called “7 Days” featuring Red Sox knuckleball ace Tim Wakefield on supporting vocals. Closed things out with some cuts from the late Clifton Chenier in remembrance of his upcoming birthday. Buttshaker of the night????
