Lots of tangents on this evening’s Boudin Barndance. We featured music from Elizabeth Cook and Tim Carroll who appear here in South County at a house concert on Sunday afternoon hosted by yours truly. We remembered Wheeling Jamboree lady country star Chickie Williams who passed away last week. We played truckin’ tunes, souls, ‘50s rock & roll and ‘60s garage, indie pop and Texas twang. In other words, another Barndance smorgasbord of stuff. Albums making their Barndance debut included new ones from Jesse Dayton & Brennen Leigh, Jessie Lee Miller, Tim Carroll, and the latest King Easy radio sampler. Buttshaker of the night?????
