Being the last Boudin Barndance before Christmas, we had a bit of an Xmas party the last hour of the program with a mix of yuletide favorites and revelers galore in the studio. The first couple of hours was the usual mash of stuff. Some new releases making the Barndance hit parade for the first time included albums from Mike Colley (of Drive-By Truckers fame), Tracy Huffman, and the late Billy Marlowe. Buttshaker of the week???? In the Xmas spirit, Evan Johns & the H Bombs with “Telstar.” Now let’s all grab a cold one and get to the goods….
