Spring has finally sprung in these parts, at least for a few days, so we celebrated with tunes galore on The Boudin Barndance. We did a Keb’ Mo’ ticket giveaway for his show tomorrow night at Lupo’s Heartbreak Hotel in Providence.We played some tunes from Robbie Fulks who plays a house concert hosted by yours truly on Sunday. We remembered the late Keith Whitley who to these ears was one of the great modern country singers when he passed in ‘89. New releases making their Barndance debut tonight included albums from Kaia Kater, Caty Hogue, The Bills, Jason Wilber, Bonnie Bishop, Aaron Einhouse, Tony Joe White, and the Mike Eldred Trio. Buttshaker of the week???? Gone to the Texas garage with Kenny & Kasuals giving us “Journey to Tyme.” Now let’s all grab a cold one, or two, and get to the goods….
