Back into the Boudin Barndance saddle, this time after a week off for a
jaunt to a favorite spot, Asheville, NC. We got back into the groove
straight out of the gates and hopefully (based on listener feedback),
remained there. We broke out some new stuff and did out final Swamp Stomp
music festival preview. It happens this Saturday in West Kingston, RI. See
above for performers and event page. New releases making their Boudin
Barndance debut this evening included albums from Delbert & Glen, Honey
Island Swamp Band, Leo Rondeau, Kopecky Family Band. Bill KIrchen, Valerie
June, and the Oblivians. Buttshaker of the night???? The Oblivians with an
ultra-cool garage reworking of a Zydeco staple with “Call the Police”. Now
