Thunder, lightning and rainbows in the sky and The Boudin Barndance missed all of it while broadcasting from the 3rd floor bunker that is WRIU-FM. I guess we provided the soundtrack for all of it with an evening of odds & ends. Only thing close to a feature was a triple spin in honor of the birthday of the late Howlin’ Wolf. New releases making the Barndance hit parade for the first time included albums from The Parlor Soldier, Langhorne Slim & the Law, Bovine Social Club, The Sugarman 3 and Alejandro Escovedo. Buttshaker of the week???? What ever happened to The Tough & Lovely? Well, they take the weekly honor with “Just When I Thought”. Now let’s all grab a cold one and get to the goods….
