A rainy night in Kingston, R.I., our transmitter survived it, and The Boudin Barndance marched onward. A potpourri of features on this evening’s show. First & foremost, we previewed the 25th annual Green River Festival happening July 16-17 at Greenfield Community College in Greenfield, MA. We featured music from Zoe Muth & the Lost High Rollers who appear at the Narrows Center for the Arts in Fall River (www.ncfta.org) on Saturday night. Finally, we closed things out with a Mississippi salute of sorts in honor of this weekend’s Hill Country Picnic happening way down in Waterford, MS. New releases making it into the Barndance mix for the first time included albums from The Wilders, Tom Breiding, The Black Swans, David Bromberg, Jonathan Edwards, Robert Ellis, and NRBQ.
