A low key night on the Boudin Barndance this evening. The only things close to a feature was min set of the late Wynn Stewart in honor of his birthday and a couple from Heybale who help usher in the NYC BBQ joint Hill Country BBQ this weekend. Recent releases hitting the Barndance hit parade for the first time included new ones from David Olney (I dig this one!), Jeff Finlan, Chuckanut Drive (goofy name, but nice sounding record), and Great Lake Swimmers. Buttshaker of the night????? The genius of Gino Washington with “Out of This World”. Now let’s have a cold one and get to the goods…..
