Thu Apr 10 Saxophone Studios Recital Students of Dr. Jonathan Amon’s classical saxophone studio and John McKenna’s jazz saxophone studio present a one hour showcase of music for saxophone in solo settings and in ensembles. 8pm
Fri Apr 11 URI Artist Teacher guitarist Adam Levin presents The Lodger: A Story of the London Fog, a 1927 silent film directed by Alfred Hitchcock, with a newly composed score by Joseph Williams II, which won the Austin Critic’s Table Awards for Best Original Composition (Williams), and Best Instrumentalist.
Live musical accompaniment is provided by the Great Necks Guitar Trio, Albuquerque-based classical guitarist, Mickey Jones, and internationally celebrated cellist and URI Artist Teacher Michal Shein. For fans of mystery and suspense this is not to be missed! 7:30pm $10/15
