We offered up another installment of our new “Album you need to hear” feature this evening on The Boudin Barndance which we began in early March. Tonight’s choice was Bobbie Gentry’s classic album The Delta Sweete from 1968. Prior to that, it was the usual first hour of mostly new stuff to begin the show followed by the weekly C&W segment. New albums and singles making the Barndance hit parade for the first time tonight came from Waylon Jennings, Margo Price, Emily Hines, Tami Neilson, Asleep at the Wheel, Kendall Jane Meade, James McMurtry, Peter Holsapple, Grackles, Mike Polizze, and Jesse Ed Davis.
