The rain it be a comin’ which means a potential washout of at least part of the holiday weekend in these parts. It did not dissuade The Boudin Barndance from at least getting things going on a good musical note. A couple of features this evening. First up, we did a preview and gave away tix for the annual Roots on the River fest which happens in Bellows Falls, VT from June 6-9. We also featured music from Bloodshot recording artist Luke Winslow-King who plays a house concert hosted by yours truly tomorrow evening (www.facebook.com/#!/events/455731221171922/). New releases making their Barndance debut tonight included records from Jason Isbell, Woody Pines, HalleyAnna, The Steel Wheels, and JC Brooks & the Uptown Sound. Buttshaker of the night????
