Pretty much a straight-up, variety store mix on the Boudin Barndance this evening. We did feature a little music from Jimmie Vaughan and Lou Ann Barton who appear at Lupo’s Heartbreak Hotel in Providence on Tuesday night. New releases hitting the Barndance playlist for the first time included recordings from King Wilkie, Emily Herring, Gordy Quest, Patty Booker, Tab Benoit, Elvis Presley, and the June Carter Cash tribute. Buttshaker of the night????? The Mighty Hannibal takes the cake with “Big Chief Hug-Um An’ Kiss-Um”. Now let’s all have a cold one and get to the goods…..
