We like celebrating birthdays on The Boudin Barndance radio and there were a bunch this evening, most prominently Jimmie Dale Gilmore (80) and Terry Allen (82). We devote a set to their music in the 2nd half of the show. Before that, it was an hour of new stuff followed by the weekly C&W segment. It was then onto the 2nd half the show beginning with more new stuff. New albums and singles making the Barndance hit parade for the first time tonight came from Kristina Murray, Ken Pomeroy, Cash & Skye, The Minus 5, Tony Kamel, Chaparelle, Poi Rogers, Stacey Antonel, and Josiah Flores. Buttshaker of the week???? Roy Hall with “Offbeat Boogie.” Now let’s all grab a cold one or three, and get to the goods….
