05/16/24 – Alt Country A to Z: “L”, Part 1

Again, I want to thank all who contributed to our WRIU Radiothon three weeks ago. If you did donate, by now you should have received an email from Mat at the URI Foundation thanking you for your pledge and providing instructions on how to complete the donation process. If you have not received an email, check your Junk/Spam folder. If still no email, let me know. As for tonight’s show, we pretty much played the field the entire evening with new stuff dominating the first hour followed by the weekly C&W segment and then mixing it up the rest of the way. New albums and singles making their Barndance debut this evening came from Bonny Light Horseman, John Moreland, Ruth Moody, The Black Keys, Ann Savoy, Junior Sisk, Gene Clark, and The Sinseers with Joey Quinones.
