Back to the business of a regular three-hour Boudin Barndance tonight after last week’s interrupted show. We began on a salute to Veteran’s note with a couple of tunes from Johnny Cash and Tom Russell. From there it was into our usual mix of new, old, C&W, and who knows what. A fast moving and fun night it was. New music making its Barndance debut tonight included albums from Willie Nelson, Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats and NRBQ and a new single from Sarah Shook & the Disarmers.
Buttshaker of the week???? Ole Rasmussen with “Half a Love Affair.” Now let’s all grab a cold one or three, and get to the goods….
