We were a little preoccupied on The Boudin Barndance tonight, but the show must go on. Our usual first half with new & recent stuff, show previews, and C&W set before our 2nd half which featured a big gulp of the music of Doug Sahm as this past Monday marked 20 years since his passing. He has always been a fave of this camp and his music deserves forever play. Recent releases making the Barndance hit parade for the first time included albums Wilco, Darren Bradbury, and Jeremy Ivey. Buttshaker of the week???? Sir Douglas Band with “Chicano.” Now let’s all grab a cold one, or two, and get to the goods….
